This might fall under tmi, especially since I'm the only female participating in this thread, but period tracker is somewhat useful, as well.

That's OK, pras.  I try to write succinctly.  ;)

It works surprisingly well.

used a lot:  Dark Sky (the best weather app out there...hyper local forecasts....the Apple Watch app is also a necessity), Fantastical 2 (natural language calendar...ditto for the Apple Watch app), Things (task management, ditto for the Apple Watch and Mac apps), HBO Now, Sling TV, ESPN, Day One (superb journaling), Mint (personal finance and banking), Motif (ETF accounts), Pages (word processing, I also use the Microsoft Word app on occasion), Keynote (presentations, I also use the Powerpoint app on occasion), Amazon Instant Video, Workflow, I was using Nike + for running but now am using Apple's native app on the Watch, Duolingo, Kindle, Martin's Index of Cocktails, Tiki+, BarNotes, Food&Wine Cocktails, Bartender's Choice, Snapseed, Enlight, Brushstroke, iMovie

there are more.  apps that I use ever single day without fail....Dark Sky (on the Watch), Fantastical 2, Things and Day One.

That reminds me, I also use the streaming apps from HBO, Showtime, Starz, and Time Warner. Also Netflix.

That said, even with a phone that has a 5.5 inch screen I really wouldn't want to watch a movie on it.  I use all those apps on my tablet.

I've really become addicted to Accuweather Minutecast.

Although it was somewhat disquieting when it was telling me yesterday that it wouldn't rain for the next two hours, when a glance out my window disclosed that it was pouring.

I was at a ball game and there was a shrieking boy behind me. I'm guessing he was around 25. His mouth was about two feet from my ears and he was registering 102 decibels. My ears hurt so I used annoy-a-teen and he stopped shrieking. He started complaining about a ringing. I had fun with it as I alternated wave lengths: continuous, pulsing and alien spacecraft.

I've used maybe 5 times but that time was the most enjoyable. I can't hear it but it's very effective to that generation.

Does Fantastical 2 sync well with Outlook/Google Calendar?

Does anyone know of an app that will sync my contacts between Outlook/Google/Yahoo/AppleMail?  So all the accounts are the same, with no duplicates (triplicates, 15-cates)?  And an edit to an address on one system will sync across them all?

Day One?  What is journaling?

I don't use many apps.

Quicken Mobile -- but it is very buggy and often doesn't work.

Google Maps

I use the weather app that comes with iPhone.  i rarely need to know more than whether it will be colder later in the day.

I use Instagram because my dog has a very popular account and large following.  I need to upload her pictures.

Keeper Password Vault.  Essential.

Pandora/Music.  But rarely.  I still have a loaded 160gb iPod.

Key Ring to store my grocery loyalty cards

I have the News4NY app.  It notifies me of tragedies throughout the day.

I have dozens of other apps on my phone.  I keep deleting them, but every time I connect to iTunes, iTunes puts them back.

I use Annoy a Teen on the train.

I doubt Fantastical 2 will sync with Outlook/Google Calendar.  It syncs very well with the Apple Reminders and Calendar app (I just set a reminder on the watch and Fantastical syncs it)  I could be wrong.  I think there are calendar apps that do. I use Passbook for paying for Starbucks and for boarding passes.  Keychain for passwords.

your iTunes app issue is easily fixed
