Familiar to some, but new to all?

It was nice. I kept it under my hat after discovering Sivan was not selling hot dogs. :D

I was elbow deep in blood earlier today and it wasn't even part of a satanic ritual. Boudin noir maison is coming, which is almost as good as hot dogs.

Some Cochinita Pibil too.

Trying to figure out whether Camel will sell in a sandwich.

And I'm getting some Lievre with the blood but don't tell anyone.

It might take some time to catch on, but you just have to get over the hump.

Congratulations...something for us to look forward to when we return in April.

It's the second hump that gets you.

Holy cow have I been out of the loop. Congratulations! I couldn’t be more thrilled for you guys.

I’m just sorry that you’re not open tomorrow before I leave for Vietnam. I’ll have to wait until the spring :(

I take it that vegetarians should keep their distance. Thanks for the warning.

We do. It's not exactly an exciting time of the year to work with produce but we do what we can.

Doing navet confit, very slow roasted parsnips, butternut squash in the sweet and earthy dept.

Also various Chinatown greens but they'll have some dashi in them for sure.
