with french, italian, american cuisines at least you have a critical mass of editors and writers who prevent utter howlers from being published.

current restaurant review: house of curry (sri lankan in rosemount, mn)

 

current whisky review: glen ord 28

 

current recipe: white bean curry with green peppers

 

 

facts are meaningless. you could use facts to prove anything that's even remotely true!

I consider myself kind of an expert on a very specific type of Indian food. I have been ordering the Hindu meals on all my international flights with United for the last several years. This last flight, there was a chickpea stew with rice that was just magical :-).

Well, a quick click-through to Instagram says it's spaghetti, chickpea, black pepper. Is it not that?
