Don Martin, Spy v Spy, and I remember those full-scale comic strip satires on current movies (who did those?).

 

A number of people, but they were usually illustrated by either Angelo Torres or Mort Drucker.  Jack Davis also drew them from time to time.  Same for the TV show parodies.
