Seated at the sushi bar with Omni we had a fair experience. A lot of the fish starting with horse mackarel, sardine etc was served with the skin attached...not my fave- OK, I'm picky.
Rice was a range of tempertures mostly on the warm side.
We were also served a half of a small lobster hot dish swimming in a bath of warm spicy kewpie mayo garnished with asparagus also swimming in the mayo.
Redemption was the next course a chawan mushi with lobster and fresh gingko nuts.
Very decent 720ml bottle of Daigingo Sake $44.00 can't remember the name brought this dinner in for $300.00 inclusive for 2.
I expected more. Will try again.
