Well, it was Thanksgiving. Turkey is kinda the point. (Not for me, but still.)

I have a video of my brother-in-law (a pretty buff guy) trying valiantly to spatchcock the Thanksgiving turkey a few years ago. He went through a number of tools. I think the sledgehammer was the final, successful one.
