I last saw him at a taping of Sessions on W. 54th, which I don't think was 29 years ago (ETA it was April of 2000), but it was quite a while. I first saw him at the Stone Pony. That was definitely 30+ years ago.

We were just there for Rilo Kiley, which I enjoyed very much. I've only seen Jenny Lewis solo before. Plus, the one advantage to me being a gimp is that I get to sit in the ADA section, which is a pretty damn comfortable place to sit, and with a very fine view.

We bailed and sold our tickets. I had a feeling the weather / crowds would interfere with my enjoyment.

I haven’t cooked in a while. This is mostly reheating, but it was still pretty good. Rice, beans, salsa, fried egg. Homegrown cuke, tomato, cilantro.

We finished the season. Some resolutions, some cliffhangers, normal tv stuff. I was sure I recognized Frances O'Connor from something, but probably I'm just confusing her with Lily Taylor.
