I have a video of my brother-in-law (a pretty buff guy) trying valiantly to spatchcock the Thanksgiving turkey a few years ago. He went through a number of tools. I think the sledgehammer was the final, successful one.

Making good on my threat. Roasted cod with carrots, cumin, lemon and parsley. This was sort of a dare. TJ's Pringles, with caviar and lemon/leek creme fraiche.

Not me. I went out (to Arturo's, if memory serves) the night before the ban went into effect and smoked my damn lungs out! (This was back when I was immortal.)
