  1. This topic is very intriguing, and exciting. I love tacos, born and raised on tacos. There was some talk of a map but I didn't quite get if it was done or where it is. I think a taco truck map is one of the best ideas I've ever heard of. I'll have to start one for Anchorage. They are becoming quite a trend, like java, well....kinda sorta.

I forgot to mention too, and this would apply to Peter Creasey's post (thanks for remembering BTW), I last spoke with mom just after my birthday. She ordered me subscriptions to Cooks's Ilustrated (which was on my Christmas list), and Saveur.   4. Greetings, I am Rebecca's son, I just want to say thanks for the overwhelming amount of sheer goodness in everyone's hearts regarding my mother's passing. She loved this site, spoke constantly of her "imaginary food friends". She also printed off volumes of pages from this site - maybe not all 3877 posts, which is mindblowing to me, but she always really did get into things with all her heart.
