I need to eat with you guys. I am 0 for 2 when dining there. The first meal was mediocre. The second was poor. Both were pre-pandemic.

Unfortunately there are 12- 8 oz crabcakes. And I am sure while my 2 heathens might want them, I don't see myself dealing with the possible aftermath 😱

I just received an order from the East Coast of what were supposed to be frozen Jimmy's Seafood crabcakes. They were supposed to arrive yesterday. Instead, they arrived today at about 6 pm-completely ompletely thawed. My FedEx driver is notorious for calling it a day at 6 pm. So, they've been traveling around LV in his truck in 80+ weather. I tested their temps. The coldest registered 45 degrees on my Thermoworks thermometer. Most were between 48-51 degrees. I put them in the freezer and emailed the sender to ask for a replacement. If they won't replace the order, would you toss them? That's my current thought, because I am pretty sure they use mayonnaise in the recipe.

He lived in a neighborhood close to mine here in LV. I saw him frequently at one of the more popular steakhouses nearby. Also hitting restaurants and bars in Downtown Summerlin. His type had not changed. Always hitting on the young, tall, slim, attractive blondes.

I haven't been since shortly before the pandemic. It was still very good. And the wine list had some very good bottles for excellent prices. I hope that is still the case.

My comment had nothing to do with betting. Even though I live in Las Vegas, I do not gamble. It had to do with a Coach who could not admit (no matter the analytics) that, given the outcome, he didn’t regret the calls. I love the hire too. And, with NS staying at the University is an advisory capacity, I think the chances of failure diminish greatly. Add in state of the art facilities. And a donor base that will add to those if there is something he thinks he needs. I feel good. All things considered. I will get to meet him for the first time on Tuesday. He knocked it waaaaaay out of the park with his press conference today. And the people I've texted with who have met him had nothing but good things to say. But, I would expect nothing less from a Greg Byrne hire. I rue the day he retires too.
