you can probably afford the choice cuts, guvnor. down our way we mostly eat the meat from around the anus and perineum. flank is like filet mignon to us.

well, i don't know about dimensions--most steak is at the most 1.5 dimensional--but i don't find it dry at all, properly grilled (on coals or in cast iron on the stove top).

a bit worried about the seeming disappearance of uni from the menu.
(mrs. jones and i will be in new york for a hit and run trip in a couple of weekends and we will be foxing our faces to the max.)

this is just standard reviewer behaviour: you have to find at least one thing to quibble with.

7.5 years into our bosch and it is still running, silent and strong. there was one minor repair but that was while it was under warranty.

well, mrs. jones and i are going to be in new york next month for a very short trip and we are hoping to eat at foxface natural. i for one would be thrilled to be able to eat as much of the menu as possible, as once a year is the absolute maximum we could hope to eat there (i say that while aware that this will be my second trip to nyc this year).

there's an argument to be made that the white male artists he selected are in fact the ones who best represent the music he's talking about. of course, this is a completely tautological argument since the still ongoing definition of "rock" as a category to mean "the genres of guitar-centered rock predominantly made by white male artists" is a project rolling stone has always been central to. but to explain his myopia instead in terms of the inarticulacy of black and female musicians...chef's kiss!
