SamanthaF
Very very sadly, this weekend saw the passing of Tony Finch. Words can not express how saddened we are. I'll miss Big Tone for a million reasons, the biggest being he was a fantastic friend that Scott and I grew to know and love. Over the last 6 years we were honoured to have spent a lot of time with Tony, his soul mate Fahro, and Tonys son Harry. Our thoughts and prayers are with them. Rest in peace Big Tone - I'll miss you.

pim
Goodbye dear, dear Tony. I'm so very glad we had a chance to say one last goodbye, with your signature big bear squeeze and a kiss, after a fittingly fantastic meal at our favorite Tayyabs. Though at the time I had no idea it was to be for ever. I miss you already.

The Scream
Wow, didn't expect to read this first thing in the morning. How sad. I rarely agreed with him, but I liked his spunk. And he really did seem to have a terrific sense of humor.

Cathy
I don't think he was either ill or old, Holly. This is very sad news. I only met Tony once, but enjoyed his company enormously. My deepest condolences to Fahro, Harry and the family.
Steve R.
I'm pretty shocked by this. I was really looking forward to eventually meeting (& arguing with) him in person. What happened? My deepest condolences to his loved ones.
