Yes, but embarrasingly I am trying to remember who bought it for me.

I buy Outer Aisle Gourmet Cauliflower Thins from Whole Foods (also at some health food places). I like them; they do taste of cauliflower of course. Can be used for sandwiches, and will just about hold together for a burger. I got into them when I was on my strictly-no-bread diet in 2019. I still enjoy them, but I also enjoyed a Foxface antelope sandwich yesterday.

ETA: 1g net carbs per slice, but it's egg and cheese holding the cauliflower together, so not vegan.

Wegmans Oats & Honey cereal, strawberries, milk, and heavy cream

First Sunday since February where we weren’t rushing to one of the boy’s sporting activities meant I had time to make pancakes for breakfast.
