I really enjoy having nice greens. Though these from Natoora were expensive! Anyway, roasted chicken thigh, freshly made and served warm potato salad, pickled beets, said greens, vinaigrette.

Same greens, same potato salad (though here served out of the fridge), pickles of a different sort, artichoke hearts (artichokes also from Natoora and they were like silly expensive), and the pork rillettes which came out great.

Said artichokes were huge, served 2 as an app for dinner one night. The hearts were quite good.

Big salad with tuna salad. Sometimes I do a little more cooking at lunch especially with the weather we've been having...

Our first takeout in 3 1/2 months. I was on an early lower east side walk a few days ago, and happened by Factory Tamal on Ludlow Street. No one in there, the whole counter area sheeted with plastic, so I popped in and bought 4 just-made tamales. Along with some Rancho Gordo home cooked beans, a salad, and a nice lunch was had.
