Got a notice from the SSA yesterday that I need to start taking my social security next year, as it's been maxed out, and waiting any longer gains me nada.

A longtime friend of the family is in Israel right now (near Jerusalem), making her annual visit to see her daughter and family.  She's supposed to be flying back to the US on Monday, but she's not sure if that's going to happen.

I nearly moved to Ridgewood once and that would have been a big reason.

That will be an irreplaceable loss.

(I have told the story before but I was going to take over a little flat as a pied-a-terre from my beautiful vegan friend - who Sneak has met - and she hadn’t even noticed Morscher’s five minutes away.)

Jonelle is great. We also have Muncan Meats. Morscher's is a big loss. You would have loved the Forest Pork Store and the old Karl Ehmer stores, too. I didn't know you are moving to my neck of the woods.
