peppyre
Tylenol PM is basically tylenol and benedryl, so i would ask about the benedryl first. Good luck. Not being able to sleep sucks. The best sleep I have had was when I was 2-3 months pregnant. It was magnificent. Then I was back to my usual routine of bouts of insomnia. The up side I guess is that having a baby that never sleeps shouldn't bother me all that much.
StephanieL
Valerian and melissa (aka lemon balm) are also good natural sleep aids.

Lex
I have major aches and pains but also find I can become unconscious at any time with no big effort. Considering the books you read I'm not surprised.

Abbylovi
First world problems: 1. Went to the greenmarket for some tuna steaks on Saturday. Sunday, opened up my bag and found what I think are flounder fillets. 2 Neighbor above me has been in throes of renovating their apartment (very loudly) all month. The capper: this morning found a leak eminating from them. (at least they are being very responsive about it)
Wilfrid
I bought a ribeye at Esposito's once, and getting home found some other, unidentifiable cut of meat in my bag. Such problems are not to be scoffed at.
