An ironic injury.

I was recently gifted a small massage ball which soothes things like back and neck twinges.

Last night it rolled under the bed. I lifted the bed to retrieve it and hurt my back doing so. I am now applying the massage ball to the painful spot on my lower back.

I have had worse back injuries and can move about. It will just make all the cooking and cleaning for the holiday slightly more difficult.

Ouch!    Do you stock Voltaren ?   Originally prescribed by my ortho for an achilles heel problem, it really dulls back pain without oral pain killers.  We keep a tube in town and country.   All good thoughts.
