today, an old boxer's running programme carried out early in the morning when glycogen ( sp?) stores are low and so aids fat burning. It creates a metabolism spike that lasts until about midday   1

Bugger. Now my joke makes no sense. But, believe me, you'd have been rolling on the floor in hysterics.

Laughter really burns the cals and when you couple it with some serious HIIT like rolling on the floor, the lactate burn can keep your metabolism spinning like a chopper for days on end.

45 min on the elliptical at fairly high resistance


lunges with 10 lb weights doing curls simultaneously


tricep lifts up to chair using arms


more bicep stuff with free weights


hanging in mid upside down lifting myself up with stomach like an opposum.


Lovely french toast afterward made with Vermont bread, Vt butter, VT maple syrup, Vt milk, and VT eggs.... you bet it was goddamn good.

Lower body


5 set 12 reps hack squat 90lbs


5 sets 12 reps leg press 180lbs


3 sets 12 reps standing millitary press 45lbs


4 sets single leg step up to the bench holding 12lbs dumbells

today for Cardio I did the STEP MILL.


if ever there was a machine designed for pure torture, I nominate this one.

It is basically an ecalator with moving steps., you keep climbing to stay on it.


40 min level 15.

Took Simon's advise and went for 850 kcal on one machine alone (Bike). Definately feels different (Still haven't cooled down, two hours later), but I feel like I haven't had a work out because of the lack of upper body exercise.


Might do it on the rowing machine next.
