helena
Like it in salads with tequila/lime dressing. Other ideas?
cristina
I made papaya lassi for breakfast this morning: 1/2 medium-size VERY RIPE papaya in chunks, 400 gr natural yoghurt, 2 TBSP honey, tiny pinch salt, 3 or 4 ice cubes, all in the blender and whirl till smooth. Delicious. Very ripe papaya means ripe till it has a few moldy spots on the skin. The one we had in the house was very ripe but not at all sweet. The lassi was a good use for an inadequate papaya. The honey brought out the papaya flavor.
scamhi
I had a papaya salad at Jean Georges last week that had lime juice, finely grated fresh ginger and a touch of wasabi
