Sneakeater
You may be right. But farming is a very bad idea if you're tired.
joethefoodie
I like this, from the article Sneak linked yesterday... A visitor may be forgiven for asking a more personal question, too: Why is it that Ms. Sanchez, who spent six years as the pastry chef at Noma, the Copenhagen restaurant credited with changing the course of global gastronomy, can now be found slinging Mexican street food for eight hours a day in a space approximately the size of a minivan? How about - so she could make some money on her own?
prasantrin
You may be right. But farming is a very bad idea if you're tired. that's why you hire people to do the hard labour... indentured servants and the like.

Blondie
Not sure if I should have started a Just Copenhagen thread or not, but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I have an 18hr layover in CPH on the way back from the Faroes, landing ~4pm and leaving at 10am, so I only have time for one proper meal I met a Vietnamese chef in Hanoi who had worked at Pescatarian and Kanalen. I have so much other stuff to research for the other part of the trip, that I’m inclined to be lazy and just choose one of those unless you guys have a better recommendation.
