I hear you. I've tried carefully working around it with a blowtorch, but my hands are just not that steady.

@maison rustique Exactly, the selling point at one time was making a roast chicken dinner with fixings. Of course, the manufacturers were making a big convenience pitch to “housewives.”

I am about to reheat my Chinese takeout in it.

Minding my own beeswax was something I learned very early in my career.
