Chef Ramsey is known around the globe for his many successful (14 Michelin-starred) restaurants, as a consultant in turning around the fortunes of struggling restaurants, and, yes, for his fiery temper.

On Kitchen Nightmares, we focus on Chef Ramsey’s skills as a restaurant consultant, and we watch as he helps to transform beleaguered restaurants back into profitable enterprises. He does what needs to be done in order for a restaurant to regain its footing. This might include a readjustment of unruly staff, or inspiring a kitchen that’s lost its mojo, or making the tough decisions that many owners simply put off because they find them too difficult.

That sounds wonderful. It's really great that a famous chef like this would take time out of his hectic schedule to reach out and help people just starting out in the business.

A friend of mine has this restaurant in Brooklyn that could use some freshening. The menu is really old fashioned. Do you think chef Ramsay could help them out?
