The Bergen Record recently interviewed Chef Gatti about Table to Table, and about where he has had a recent fine meal (Local / Seasonal) and his views on the local food scene.


Goffle Road Poultry also received a shout out for its fresh killed products


Nice interview, and great to see another reminder of the good work Table to Table delivers in the area.

I love the extra irony in this part of the story, Nick, given how this threat started: "Least favorite food fad: I'm starting to really dislike the über-fascination with hamburgers. Which is ironic, since I chaired the Table to Table Burger Bash. I'm waiting for Lampredotto [a popular Florentine sandwich made with the fourth stomach of a cow] to take the country by storm."
