Read a few things about this recently, including the Times preview. What I'm taking away is that this will serve about three times as many covers as Pujol, serve simpler cuisine, and like Manzanilla

finally got to try this and it seems they have worked out some early issues. the meal was fairly smooth, cocktails good (esp. the mezcal one) but i'm not sure i'd want to go back - except for the duck
