But considering the Cowboys are right at or near the top of teams I loathe in the NFL, today is a happy day.
MitchW
Oh wait - now I see - I said they're good at home. I was wrong. Prescott looked as if he might've been on a bender the night before.
MitchW
Thought this was kinda funny (from a Packers' fan friend)...
hollywood
Is Jim Harbaugh going to jump to the NFL? Be careful what you wish for.

And who should be careful...Jim, or the team that hires him?
Anthony Bonner
Harbaugh appears to be a nightmare but the dude can coach. Turned Stanford around, turned the Niners around, turned Michigan around and won a championship. Guy just wears people out eventually. MitchW
Don't forget the cheating! (Though I'm sure he's far from the only one).
Anthony Bonner
Ya ain't cheatin ya ain't tryin I do think this sort of scouting is super common. Harbaugh just took it one step further than the gentleman's agreement allows.
StephanieL
Damn, Niners-Packers was a real nail-biter. Better than a blowout either way, though.
hollywood
Jim Harbaugh. Talk about a middle aged man in a hurry. Good luck Chargers.
Evelyn
Getting out of Dodge before the Final Notice of Allegations gets delivered. Leaving on top. And not having to worry about how bad the punishment the NCAA doles out. In exchange for a big NFL paycheck...makes sense for him.
hollywood
I have to admit SNL's bit on the playoffs was witty. https://dnyuz.com/2024/01/28/s-n-l-wonders-what-men-will-do-after-football-season-ends/ Edited January 28 by hollywood

hollywood
So Ms. Swift is gonna fly about a third of the way around the world to see if her beau can help the Chiefs win the Super Bowl or not. Is there a twisted remake of "A Star is Born" somewhere in this nonsense?
MitchW
When you own one of these, why not?!

Wilfrid
So I watched the Super Bowl kick off and the first few plays. Then I traveled way downtown by subway, ate a multi-course dinner at Foxface, enjoyed various digestifs, got the subway back and was home before the end of the fourth quarter. Now watching overtime. It’s not as long as cricket, but it’s quite long.
