Olamaie's entree menu is a bit limited: fish, chicken or several Wagyu cuts.


Are there are any BBQ recommendations which don't involve 3 hours in line, or are even open in the evening?


Do you have a car? If so then it's worth it to go to Taylor (Mueller's) or Lockhart (Kreutz et al). Kreutz is least likely to have run out of brisket by the evening.


Iron Works shouldn't have a 3 hour line and it's well located. Locals will often try to send you to Salt Lick, they're wrong (the idea that the average Texan knows BBQ is just as wrong as the idea that cab drivers know where to eat)
