Rail Paul
Celebrity chef Michael Symon opens his first Atlantic City restaurant. Angeline will be in the Borgata, featuring Sicilian inflected cuisine. "This restaurant is so close to my heart, and takes me back to sitting around the family table as a kid, chowing down on my mom's lasagna," says Symon in a statement that also confirms May 6 at the opening date. The Sicilian-influenced menu with a modern twist will feature tableside Caesar salad, porchetta with mustard fruit, linguini and clams with pancetta and chili flakes, "Mom's Meatballs" (if it's the recipe from his cookbook, "Carnivore," expect featherlight pork meatballs with ricotta), and, from the wood-fire grill, Sicilian-style swordfish and lamb chops with fennel and mint. http://www.nj.com/entertainment/index.ssf/2017/03/angeline_by_michael_symon_atlantic_city_borgata_fi.html#incart_river_index
