FYI, this is a nice place to visit as the brewery is located right on a farm. They are working on a tasting room and retail store which they expect to open some time in May. You'll be able to buy beer, eggs, pork and poultry. As of right now, no tastings but you can get growlers filled on Saturday's from 12-4 and they have select bottles on sale as well.

In case you weren't sure you were an alcoholic, you can also make a stop at Litchfield Distillery which is about 8 miles down the road. They are making borbon, gin and vodka here with a good tour and free tasting. I wasn't a fan of any of their bourbons but I did like the barrel aged gin.

Several good restaurants in the area, the best probably here: http://communitytablect.com/
