A lamb eating festival in Pittsburgh

Jamison Farms and Eleysian Foods are hosting a festival of lamb. Both western PA farms are known for grass Fed lambs.

 

I was surprised to learn that lamb is used as a term to one year, although the meat toughens at 3 to 8 months.
