here's the thing. i never had a problem in either store, but certainly witnessed them being rude to other customers. for some reason at Bridge it was almost always Fred who helped me and he was always helpful and nice enough.

I have now been to the new location twice and I have to say it's a serious improvement over the last location both in appearance and attitude. The new store is significantly larger. In the front they sell baked goods and confections. They have space for classes with a pretty busy calendar - Nick Malgieri is teaching there this month. And the staff is helpful.  :o  In fact the person who was helping me convinced me that I didn't need to buy something I was considering as I explained my predicament to her.
