The Cacio e Pepe Everything Article

Recommended Posts

Taste, the "online magazine for people who love to cook" (oy) etc. etc. etc., today ran a piece about how cacio e pepe has taken over, or as the article says, it's "enjoying a moment."

So while I am sort of making fun of the publication, I actually, in some way, shape or form, agree that there's too much damn cacio e pepe everything. And even though I've never ordered, nor tasted anything cacio e pepe (not even Chang's), other than cacio e pepe made with pasta, maybe, just maybe, the problem is that it's basically impossible to find a great, much less decent, spaghetti cacio e pepe?
