Wilfrid
Ooh la la, aged 85. A key figure in the history of fine dining in London and the U.K., and a hilarious television personality (his double act with younger brother Michel, where he treated him like a hapless stagiaire). And I now see that Michel Roux passed away in March. I never ate at the Waterside Inn, but have happy memories of Le Gavroche.
