I should discuss on the New Jersey board, but this weekend I visited Lemon in Monmouth, where they offered lamb shoulder, shank, tajine, and chops [a rack in wine reduction sauce].

I would tell the pater to come up, but there are no evening tables on Resy. 😐 By next week, I'm sure it will be gone.

(Like if they show it on their sample menu, which at least in the past wasn't current but rather showed what they were serving a day or so before, you've probably already missed it!)

The menu is current since covid but they only update it around 5pm

I just looked on line.  What’s been contracted (is that a word?)?  The duck breast on this (at least right now) menu + the roast chicken still being there would get us going tonite if we were home.  The apps look the same too.

If Sneak means pre-lockdown, there were certainly more charcuterie options. I am not complaining about the length, more that they used to rotate dishes in and out more frequently. That's how it seemed anyway.
