Join us on May 4th in the private dining room of the Dahlia Lounge, as we host Michael Schlow, one of Boston's hottest young chefs. Michael has garnered almost every culinary accolade imaginable such as the James Beard Award for Best Chef Northeast and Food and Wine's "Top 10 New Chefs in the Country." Now Michael has written his first cookbook about saving time, spending time, and savoring time in the kitchen. We'd love for you to join us at the Dahlia to meet Michael and savor some of his favorite dishes.

 

Mushroom crostini

 

Mini Schlow Burger with cheddar, crispy onions, and horseradish served with huckleberry-sage Italian soda

 

Hamachi tartare with warm scallion compote and caviar

 

Potato crusted halibut with wild mushrooms, haricots verts, truffle vinaigrette, and carrot reduction

 

Loin of lamb with quick ratatouille and spiced vinaigrette

 

Chocolate cinnamon bonet, infused with bay leaf

 

Dinner is $9 5 /person and includes a copy of his new cookbook "It's About Time" and wine pairings ($75/pp without a book). Taxes and gratuities are additional.
