I've been curious about Five Guys Burgers but would also be up for Toulouse Petit or Eats in West Seattle or anywhere in Magnolia. They don't take reservations, but said the waits aren't usually more than 15 or 20 minutes when they are busy, even for a group. I can go early to secure a table.
