Eden
Thanks for organising a lovely evening DaGoose. the burger was enjoyable if not fabulous (not enough flavor in the meat) most of the many many appetizers we tried were very good, and the service was great! Lauren
I really liked my burger - even though it had sweet pickles on it! It needed some salt but it was juicy and cooked perfectly. Paul detected some spicy-ness to the burger and, sure enough, there were some peppers on there. I didn't detect them at all. I also really liked the fries. Good potato flavor. I was disappointed in the "fried chicken" because I was expecting it sans quotes. Now that I know what it is, I'd like to try it again. See if I like it better. I do think the roulade was too big. The mac and cheese was super creamy, just how I like it, but there were too many shallots for my taste. The buffalo rabbit was good - but you couldn't tell it was rabbit really. The cocktails were quite tasty. I liked the space a lot and our server was fantastic! She really knew how to handle our group and made great suggestions.

sparrowsfall
Okay, tag me then. But I think I'm gonna need some suggestions. Oh wait! Oh, wait again. Cafe Presse doesn't do burgers. But we could bracket it! They have steak frites and steak tartare. If we order one of each, it's like two burgers, right? Okay, okay, suggestions... We haven't done Uneeda, which is kind of worth visiting just for the sign on the face of the counter....
tsquare
Some suggestions (and wishing I liked burgers): Tavern Law - you can add pork belly on top. M liked it a lot. I had fried chicken (sous vide and then breaded and fried!) Zippy's reopened in White Center. With some place to sit. Dope Burger. (Noodle Ranch replacement.)

sparrowsfall
Hey sorry, got distracted and been out of town. I say Tavern Law! I'm pretty open on dates, but to throw some out, how about monday or tuesday the 16, 17, 23, or 24th? Steve
Sally Simpleton
I can do May 16th! (It's a busy month again.) In May, my other open dates are Thursday the 19th and Tuesday the 31st.
Lauren
Dang! I'm out of town for the rest of the month. I was all excited that you picked Uneeda Burger since I've already been. I'll try to get to Tavern Law right after we get back so hopefully won't miss out on that burger...
da goose
I can do the 16th or the 23. If it's the 16th it'll just be me, if it's the 23rd, you're stuck with Brett too. Lauren
Jason's replacing the lamb burger with a beef burger at Bastille. I'm thrilled because I was never a fan of that lamb burger.
