Wilfrid
Improvising with leftovers again. I had strained broth from short ribs I cooked on Monday. I had an aging slab of pâté that really needed to be eaten. I heated the broth, made a grilled pâté sandwich, and hey, pâté dip. Then I remembered I had scrapple in the freezer, so defrosting that for tonight.
Wilfrid
Second night on the scrapple, fried crisp and served over braised cabbage. That’s it.
