Sneakeater
One of the veryveryvery few good things about not having a living wife anymore is NO SAMOAS.
small h
She forced you to eat Samoas? Wait, that's not so bad.
joethefoodie
I tried those new ones - they're OK. Anyone else notice the shrinking cookie package size?

small h
They're still out there, you know. Existing. And there's nothing you can do about it.
Sneakeater
OK, she made me exist in close proximity to them.

small h
Oh! I love coconut. But it is divisive.
Sneakeater
I have to admit that I had some Goan coconut-flavored rice at Indian Table a few nights ago that I expected to hate, but I thought that flavor inflection (it was kind of layered onto the rice flavor), especially along with the fairly spicy beef it accompanied, was enchanting. small h
Laksa's pretty good, too.
StephanieL
The Adventurelands are good, and I like the S'Mores too. The new cinnamon toast cookie isn't made by the bakery that supplies the West, so like last year we have to use our East Coast connections to get a box.
