It's a tragedy and BP is clearly struggling and they need to be held financially responsible, but these guys aren't criminals.

Who are you referring to as "these guys"? And how do you know they aren't criminals?

That's the question.

 

Certainly not every bad decision that was made leading up to the incident is criminal. But we don't even know what we don't know right now.

New food thing learned today:

 

Lambs quarters = kelite (in Mexico) = callaloo.

 

A whole new world of cooking them has opened up to me. :)

the recipe callaloo is made using different types of leaves on the different caribbean islands. my understanding is that in the carribean the different leaves used, tend to have similar flavor profiles.

Absolutely correct. But apparently this is one of the possibilities.
