tanabutler Posted January 2, 2006 Share Posted January 2, 2006 In addition to the Brillat-Savarin and Boucheron cheeses I brought home on New Year's Eve, I also got a Truf, a special soft goat cheese with truffles from Caseificio dell'Alta Langa, which is in the southern part of Piedmont region of Italy.
