Wilfrid
Tastes as good as it looks. I also picked up a Bonne Bouche but in this weather it turned into an unphotogenic white puddle immediately.

Wilfrid
Cochran Farm 1790 Oriskany. Very good; there's a contrast between the funky bloomy rind and the smooth, refreshing paste. But it is $42.95 per lb. And it's local, a three-plus hour drive away. It just struck me for the first time that we are living in a world where we will soon be paying $100 for 2 lbs of domestic cheese. Maybe that's already possible if I shop around. I doubt that Humboldt Fog goes for that price here. Heck, you can get it from Goldbelly for $25.95/lb.
