Where Is It?

Recommended Posts

But my friends, you're all cruising around the web looking at what I'm looking at. The salt is out of stock pretty much everywhere except for one outfit selling it at usurious rates (which makes me think they'll be baiting and switching). The reason I'm so attached to this salt is that I bought my first pound on my first trip to Hawaii (Kaui) about 35 years ago. Possibly I am the only nostalgic person on this board, although I very much doubt it, but I like to keep this excellent salt in the house at all times.

Walked into the parking garage post hockey practice and the car was gone. Needless to say, I panicked - especially because I didn't pay for parking and I was afraid I was towed. Then it occurred to me to check the find my car app (I keep an apple tag in the car) and realized I was parked in a different aisle. I feel like a numbskull.

Where did October go? I think I slept through it.

The rain slept through it here; October was either the driest or second driest NYC since weather records were first kept. I believe that dryness extends to other eastern or mid-Atlantic states, many under a red-flag fire warning.

You think I should pay the $40.

Of course.

Well, Formaggio Essex had little sealed shot glasses of (the correct) salt. They're buying in bulk and repackaging, the upshot being I just bought somewhere between two and three ounces for $4.

THANKS KAMALA.
