We enjoyed a spectacular dinner at Ram and Rooster including Duck; beef cheeks; taro fritter; mackerel crudo; grilled sunchokes with ginger crab; salt bread with Szechuan peppercorn butter; Hokkaido scallop; chocolate sorbet; lemon cake; and gai mei cookie for dessert. It all went great with an excellent cabernet and Malbec. The menu at the end gives all of the details.

The chef is a true artist, the way he combines the various ingredients and textures. Every bite is just a party in your mouth. The service is exemplary. All of the servers are passionate about the food which is rare these days. 

This is definitely one of the top restaurants in NJ.
