I used to follow Jennifer Rubin in the Washington Post; when she resigned in protest and founded a Substack newsletter called The Contrarian, I subscribed. On Fridays, they print a recipe. I saved the one for a Citrus Curd and Raspberry Cream Cake and made it over the weekend for N's birthday. We're growing passion fruit and N had frozen some pulp, so I made a passion fruit & lemon curd for the filling.
While I'm sure this would go well with strong black tea, we've also been having it with Tiny Umbrellas Moscato, one of the bottles given to us by voyager.
