Some times one just has to drink an Italian wine in Paris.  And, when one does, it doesnt hurt to have a funny label.  Can you pronounce it?  Our waiter said that it took him quite a bit of time trying to do so before the revelation hit.

We drink pecorino at home quite a bit & ordered this one from the list without the least sense of the pun.  He had to point it out while we were mid bottle by asking us how we’d pronounce it; otherwise, we wouldnt have noticed a thing.

2021 One Stone Cabernet Sauvignon.  Pretty good for a $20 cab from Paso Robles.
