No. I've had it at 15 East and from Aquabest and loved it. It's brinier than Santa Barbara uni, less powerful than Hokkaido uni.

In case it wasn't clear, I was not trying to compile a list of bars that made bespoke cocktails. I was trying (and now I've succeeded) to identify a particular bar by listing some of its characteristics. Because someone elsewhere had a vague memory of it.
