It has the texture of al dente pasta. It tastes a a little salty and that’s about it. Anyone recognize it? Is it little tiny fish? I think I see eyes. Shirasu as you said, as opposed to chirimen

Dunno what I'm going to do with the other two packs, 'cause the first one was not especially thrilling.

I bet someone would - people give away slices of pizza in the group I'm in. It's crazy what people will take.
small h
At this point I'm worried that it's not even good anymore. I don't want to poison anyone. There's a lively exchange in my coop, and I've both given and got a fair amount. It's always kind of hilarious what people will try to sell. Like, one person offers a free monitor 'cause Amazon sent them two by mistake. Meanwhile, another person is asking $50 for a pair of used shoes. bloviatrix
We could have a whole thread about Buy Nothing Groups. And as crazy as the things some people offer is that there are takers!
relbbaddoof
Nextdoor just got its moment in the sun, or at least in Shouts and Murmurs. Perhaps its time for Buy Nothing.

True, but we've also gotten some amazing "gifts", including an Insta-Pot, this expensive tea blend from Bellocq, and homemade Diwali sweets. I've given away everything from clothes that don't fit me anymore to a gaming chair. Edited November 11 by StephanieL
small h
I woke up Wednesday morning running through a list of possible countries we could move to. And then I looked around at how much crap was have, and I started panicking about being trapped here. I may be spending a lot of time on Buy Nothing, going forward.
