I don't know the business model; maybe it's working across the country in areas with less local food media. I would not be buying shares in it.

Replace humans with LLMs summarizing and organizing free content, display ads?

When  I was driving a cab back in the 70s, Tad's was top tier!  Loved to watch the flames.

What was the name of the Chowhound newbie who suggested a meetup at Tad's? cinnamongirl?

What was that very traditional steakhouse right by Club Macanudo? I used to like their prime rib.

I ate a lot of steaks in my early years as a resident because visiting business guests were excited by American steaks. Which means I ate a lot of them on expenses.

On my first visit to Atlanta (before I lived in New York) I was taken (business again) to a very grand steakhouse. I was smartass enough to ask for my steak "blue," prompting the panicked waiter to check if I knew what that meant.
